Presentation: Each Indivijewels™ piece will be sent to you in a free organza presentation pouch – ideal for a gift – no need to wrap yourself!

Shipping & Handling: We ship worldwide. Shipping and Handling will be calculated at checkout. Insurance is included in this cost.

Payment: We accept Visa & Mastercards. Please note that our site is secure.

Delivery: Your pieces will be dispatched within 48 hours. Should your selection be temporarily unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise when they will be back in stock, or to offer you an alternative selection.

Returns & Damaged Items: We will accept returns of perfect merchandise within 10 days, and will offer exchange or refund by the same method payment was made. Shipping on perfect returns is at the customer’s cost. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your new Indivijewel™, please return it to us within 10 days for a full refund or replacement. If the item was received in less than perfect condition, shipping cost will be covered by Indivijewels™ Inc.
